Introduction The General Affairs Office currently has a division of affairs group, camp storage group, cashier group, and environmental safety and health group.
Each group leader and personnel perform their respective responsibilities according to their profession and expertise, and in order to improve the efficiency of the organization's business operations, each group has established relevant rules, regulations and operating specifications.
Affairs team: Procurement and bidding, security access control management, site management and layout (inside school, outside school), school building (public area) management, environmental sanitation management, dual-campus vehicle access management, worker guard management, communication management, management of renting vendors General affairs mailboxes on dual campuses.
Camp storage group: water, electricity and civil engineering maintenance, campus facility maintenance, camp maintenance engineering, equipment storage, key management, stationery management, photocopying management, etc.
Cashier Group: Payment of all school fees, student scholarships and work-study funds.
Environmental safety and health group: energy monitoring and management, safety and health management, natural disaster prevention and rescue management.
